The Blackpoint Opportunity Fund has a primary focus on Canadian opportunistic income real estate assets and strategic developments.  This offering will be made available to institutional and high net worth investors. Blackpoint Self Storage Fund

The Blackpoint Self Storage Fund will focus on the acquisition of Self Storage facilities in western Canada. These faclities will be acquired by the fund primarily in urban communities that have indentifiable residential growth over the past 5 years in both BC and Alberta. This offering will be made available to institutional and high net worth investors. This Limited Partnership offering will have a 8% preferred yield paid quarterly making up part of the projected annual IRR of 20%.
